June brought good news when my watercolour ‘Out of the mist’ was awarded a commendation at the Derbyshire Open Art Exhibition. The show continues at the Buxton Museum and Art Gallery. Well worth a visit.
Tissington’s renowned well dressings start on Thursday 14 May and I will be there with my annual exhibition of work. Please note the venue has changed from that previously advertised and can now be found at Chapel Lane, near to Hand’s Well – this is where I first started exhibiting at Tissington all those years ago. For those with a sweet tooth, a little further along the lane can be found Edward & Vintage with a huge range of old-fashioned sweeties and well worth a visit! Let’s hope the weather is favourable.
My work will be featured in this group exhibition at the Old Station Gallery in Rowsley. The show opens with a private view on Saturday 21 February 14.30 – 17.00. Please come if you can. Full details can be found on the Exhibitions and Events page

Along with fellow members of Peak District Artisans, I will be exhibiting in the Stables Restaurant at Chatsworth from 7 January until Mid-March. A wide range of quality art and design will be on show from 10.30 to 15.30 daily.
